These terms govern participation in the Lumen Research Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to all terms below. Lumen Research may update these terms at any time.
1. Eligibility & approval
Affiliate applications are reviewed and approved manually. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. You must be of legal age and operate any promotional channels lawfully.
2. Commissions
- You earn 10% of the net product subtotal on each qualifying sale referred through your unique affiliate link.
- Commissions exclude shipping and tax.
- Referrals are tracked via cookie for 30 days from the visitor’s first click.
- Commissions on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent orders are reversed.
3. Payouts
Payouts are issued manually after commissions are approved. We will arrange a payout method and schedule with approved affiliates.
4. Promotion rules — compliance (important)
All products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. As a condition of participation, you agree that you will:
- Only present products as “for research use only.” You will not make or imply any medical, health, therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, anti-aging, weight-loss, or human/animal-use claims.
- Not describe products as drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, or suggest they are safe or intended for human or animal consumption.
- Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines (e.g., “I earn a commission from purchases through this link”).
- Not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or unsolicited bulk email/messaging.
- Not bid on the “Lumen Research” brand name or trademarks in paid search, or use deceptive domains/typosquatting.
- Comply with all applicable laws and platform/ad-network policies in your jurisdiction.
Violation of these promotion rules is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Prohibited methods
Self-referrals, coupon/deal-site abuse, cookie stuffing, and any manipulation of tracking are prohibited and void affected commissions.
6. Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. We may suspend or terminate an affiliate for any violation of these terms, with forfeiture of pending commissions tied to the violation.
7. Modifications
We may modify commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
